Grade 2–6 Music Concerts

Students have been busy rehearsing in preparation for next week’s Grade 2–6 music concerts.

Your child’s teacher will have shared details regarding the morning and afternoon performance times. We look forward to welcoming you to Brentwood for these special performances.

Teachers will be using the Non-Instructional Day to prepare for year-end activities and the beginning of the next school year.

Kindergarten & New Student Orientation

Our Kindergarten and New Student Orientation will take place on:

  • Thursday, May 21, 2026
  • Time: 6:30 PM

This event is for:

  • Incoming Kindergarten families joining us in September
  • New families with children entering Grades 1–6 at Brentwood

We look forward to welcoming our new Brentwood families.

Volunteer Tea — Friday, June 5

We are excited to host our Volunteer Tea on Friday, June 5, 2026.

If you have volunteered at Brentwood this year, please join us for:

  • Refreshments
  • Student performances
  • An opportunity to connect with other parents

Attendance & Early Pick-Up Reminders

Please remember to call the attendance line to report your child’s absence:

If you are picking up your child early from school, please notify both:

  • Your child’s teacher
  • The school office

Providing advance notice allows us time to update attendance and bus lists and ensure your child is ready for pick-up.

Last-minute calls can cause unnecessary disruption for students and staff. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Outstanding School Fees

Please check your MyCBE account for any remaining school fees.

With the continued support of Student Council, we have worked to reduce direct charges to families. However, there are still costs associated with:

  • Artists-in-residence
  • Field trips
  • In-school programming

We would appreciate payment of outstanding fees by:

  • Friday, May 29, 2026
