Dear Brentwood Families,

The last week of school has arrived!  Here are a few last reminders & updates:

Grade 2 to Glenbow Ranch

Grade 2 students are visiting Glenbow Ranch on Monday, June 22.  The trip will proceed unless there is heavy rain.  Please ensure your child comes prepared for some precipitation and is wearing a warm jacket. 

Grade 6 Farewell

Grade 6 farewell is Tuesday, June 23.  We will have refreshments in our main gym from 11:00 am to 11:45 am.  This includes a short program, Brentwood keepsakes for students, and a photo opportunity.  Following refreshments, students will be visiting a nearby park with their teachers.  Further details about grade 6 farewell were shared with families earlier in June.  Teachers will post reminders on Google Classroom. 

Report Cards

June report cards are available in your MyCBE Account in PowerSchool on Thursday, June 25.  Please note that report cards are not printed. 

Last Day

Friday, June 26 is the last day of school with a regular Friday dismissal of 1:18 pm. 

Appeals Day

Monday, June 29 is Appeals Day from 9:00 am to 12 noon.  There is no school for students on this day. 

I will send a final message before summer break with some important staffing updates and back-to-school information. 

Please note our school office will be closed effective Tuesday, June 30 at noon.  It will re-open on Monday, August 24.
